克里特岛矮猛犸（英语：Cretan dwarf mammoth ，学名：Mammuthus creticus）是一种已经灭绝的猛犸象，同时它是最小的一种猛犸象。[1]
根据2006年的DNA研究，计划将本划归古菱齿象亚属的这一物种的学名“Palaeoloxodon creticus”改作“Mammuthus creticus”(Bate, 1907).[2]，而在2002年曾有另外一些学者则计划将这一物种的全部大型种移至新亚种名“Elephas antiquus creutzburgi”(Kuss, 1965)之下[来源请求]。2007年，因为Poulakakis等人在2006年提出的理论的问题显示出了一些2006年DNA研究的不足之处，从而导致了一些新的争论[3][4]。然而这个理论中一些形态学证据是可疑的，至少对于将其列入猛犸象属并没有太多不利。
