凯瑞·布朗（Kerry Brown）是一名英国历史学家、政治学家，目前担任伦敦国王学院中国研究所主任。在此以前，曾在英国外交及联邦事务部以及悉尼大学任职，并于2000年至2003年担任英国驻华大使馆一等秘书，2003年至2005年担任英国驻印度尼西亚、菲律宾和东帝汶处处长。^[1]布朗曾出版有关中国共产党、习近平、胡锦涛以及中国国际关系的著作。^[2]^[3]^[4]

早年从剑桥大学冈维尔与凯斯学院取得英语文学硕士，及后从利兹大学取得政治学博士。
