即使昊天崩塌，也要秉行公正^[1]（拉丁语：Fiat justitia ruat caelum.；英语：Let justice be done, though the heaven should fall.）为拉丁语法律术语。这句格言表明“不论后果如何，都必须实现正义”的信念。据19世纪废奴主义政治人物查尔斯·索姆奈称，该句拉丁语格言并非出自古典来源。^[2]

大卫·休谟认为这句话是错误的，他认为在特殊情况下有必要为公众利益而牺牲正义。^[3]

在美国总统比尔·克林顿的弹劾聆讯中，参议员丹尼尔·帕特里克·莫伊尼汉表示：“即使天塌下来，也要伸张正义。”（Let justice be done though the heavens fall.）
