晓伦岭（英语：Huron Heights）是加拿大安大略省伦敦的一个社区。位于城市的东北部，发展始于1960年左右，并持续到1960年代后期，分为四期（其中一期通常被称为晓伦村［Huron Village］），包括三所公立小学，并为该地区学生提供一所天主教小学，以及一所公立中学，即位于发展项目的西北部。西边开发了大型商业广场，主力杂货店及百货商店，中部开发了社区广场。建造了一个城市竞技场，后来又增加了一个公共游泳池。
晓伦岭主要由低密度的独立式住宅组成。截至2011年，该地区有19,470名居民。大部分社区被认为是低收入地区，平均家庭收入为71,288加元，平均住宅价值为231,279加元，房屋拥有率为57%。[1]
晓伦岭也是范莎学院[2]（Fanshawe College）及西安大略大学[3]的数千名学生的住处。

晓伦岭位于伦敦-范莎（London-Fanshawe）联邦选举区。目前由新民主党的麦迪森（Lindsay Mathyssen）代表，该党于2019年首次胜选。
在省级，该地区位于伦敦-范莎（London-Fanshawe）选举区。目前由新民主党的阿姆斯特朗（Teresa Armstrong）代表，她于2011年首次当选，2014年再次当选。
在伦敦的无党派市政政治中，晓伦岭位于第3选区。目前由2014年首次当选的议员Mohamed Salih代表。
