约翰·史韬柏（英语：John Stauber，1953年—）是美国作家和社会运动者，媒体与民主中心的创始人和前执行董事。
1993年，史韬柏在威斯康辛州麦迪逊市创立了非营利组织“媒体与民主中心”[1][2]，并担任该中心出版物《PR Watch》的编辑。2008年，他从该中心退休。
他与谢尔登·蓝普顿合著了多本著作，包括《有毒污泥爱你好》、《大规模欺骗性武器》、《拜金共和党》、《专家保证》、《美国狂牛》、《史上最棒的战争》等，内容涉及政府宣传、私人利益和公共关系行业[3][4]。
