艾查·杜伊西（Aicha Duihi）是摩洛哥的一名撒哈拉人权运动者，为非政府组织撒哈拉和平、民主与人权观察组织（OSPDH）的会长，她与其组织反对阿尔及利亚廷杜夫省（与西撒哈拉的边界地带）的波利萨里奥阵线营地任意监禁、绑架等侵犯人权的行为，并致力于提升该地区的女性权利[1]。

杜伊西早年曾在摩洛哥阿尤恩、马拉喀什、拉巴特与法国普瓦捷就读，获学士后高等应用文凭[2]。
杜伊西现担任撒哈拉和平、民主与人权观察组织（OSPDH）会长，与其他非政府组织共同发表声明谴责波利萨里奥阵线营地对人权的侵犯，特别是任意监禁与绑架记者和人权运动者，呼吁国际社会向阿尔及利亚（波利萨里奥阵线的支持者）施压以阻止绑架与监禁继续发生[3]。她还曾向联合国安全理事会请求关注该地区女性权益的问题[1]，参与了许多旨在提升儿童福祉、阻止人口贩运的公民计划[2]。她曾对2011年摩洛哥修宪后的改革与公义和解委员会对社会和解做出的努力表示肯定[2]。
2020年COVID-19疫情期间杜伊西创办了“撒哈拉英雄”计划，提供儿童分享远距学习与隔离经历以及线上创作的平台，她的组织OSPDH协助宣导保持社交距离的措施，并规划关于青年社会运动、中东北非地区女权运动（特别着重疫情期间女性受到的暴力）的远距课程[4]。
