蛙疱疹病毒1型（学名：Ranid herpesvirus 1, RaHV-1, LTHV）是异疱疹病毒科蛙疱疹病毒属的一种病毒[1][2][3][4]，可感染豹蛙，造成其肾脏的腺癌Lucké肿瘤（Lucké tumor）。此病毒最早于1934年由美国宾州大学的病理学家鲍德温·路克（Baldwin Lucké）发现，由于此病毒尚未成功于体外培养，其传播、感染与增殖机制尚不明朗[5]。
病毒学[编辑]
此病毒具有外膜，衣壳为二十面体，直径为90–110奈米，外膜直径则为170奈米[6]。基因组为不分段的线型双股DNA，长约217kb，GC含量为45%–47%[7]。
感染[编辑]
蛙疱疹病毒1型对肾脏具有特异性，可能是其表面糖蛋白可与蛙类肾脏的膜蛋白结合所致，肾脏肿瘤长成后可以远端转移至体内其他部位[3]。肿瘤生长的速度与温度有关，在夏季肿瘤生长较快，病毒复制则较慢；冬季病毒快速复制，肿瘤生长则减缓，宿主症状也减轻[7]，此差异并非因蛙类在冬季冬眠时免疫力下降造成，有实验结果显示提高温度即可清除肿瘤中的病毒[5]。另外成熟的肿瘤中通常已无病毒颗粒[6]。
蛙类被感染后的症状包括精神不振、腹水与死亡，对此疾病没有有效的治疗方法[3]。
