M96星系群 （也称为狮子I星系群）是位于狮子座内的一个星系群，有8至24个星系，其中包括3个梅西尔天体[3][4][1][2]。这个星系群是室女座超星系团（本超星系团）的一分子[5]。
成员[编辑]
本表中所列出的星系是参照由Fouque等人进行测量[4]的邻近星系目录[3]、莱昂斯星系团目录（LCG）[1]、和Giuricin等[2]的邻近光学的星系模型，三个星表建立的。

邻近的集团[编辑]
狮子座三胞胎包括螺旋星系M65、M66和NGC 3628[3][1][2]，是邻近M96星系群的集团[7]。有些团体认为狮子座三胞胎是M96星系群的一分子[4][2]，但这两个星系群可能都是更大集团内的一分子[7]。
