伊利‧斯特凡斯基‧拉特纳（英语：Ely Stefansky Ratner[1]，1977年—）是一位美国政治学家，现任美国国防部印太安全事务助理部长。[2]
教育
[编辑]拉特纳于1998年在凯瑟琳·R·麦克纳马拉的指导下从普林斯顿公共与国际事务学院毕业，获得文学士学位。[3][4]后来获得博士学位。加利福尼亚大学柏克莱分校政治学博士学位。[5][6]
职业生涯
[编辑]2002年和2003年，拉特纳担任时任主席乔·拜登领导下美国参议院外交委员会工作人员。2009年至2011年，担任兰德公司副政治学家。拉特纳随后加入美国国务院，担任中国主管官员。2015年至2017年，拉特纳担任时任副总统乔·拜登副国家安全顾问。奥巴马政府卸任后，拉特纳成为外交关系委员会中国研究研究员、新美国安全中心执行副总裁兼研究主任。[7]
国防部提名
[编辑]2021年4月21日，拉特纳被乔·拜登总统提名为印太安全事务助理部长。[8][9]，参议院军事委员会于2021年6月16日举行听证会。该委员会于2021年6月22日向参议院报告拉特纳的提名。一个月后2021年7月22日参议院以口头表决方式确认拉特纳的提名。[10]
拉特纳于2021年7月25日由劳埃德·奥斯汀宣誓就任新职位。[2][11]
个人生活
