一碲化鐿是一種無機化合物,為鐿的碲化物之一,化學式YbTe。它可由碲化鐿(Yb2Te3)的高溫還原反應製得,[1]或氯化鐿、碲和氫氣反應得到:[2]
- YbCl3 + H2 → YbCl2 + 2 HCl
- YbCl2 + H2 + Te → YbTe + 2 HCl
[(py)2Yb(μ-η2-η2-PhNNPh)(TePh)]2·2py的熱分解也會生成一碲化鐿,但同時會產生氮化鐿。[3]
