伊努維亞盧特定居區
伊努維亞盧特定居區（英語：Inuvialuit Settlement Region - ISR；Inuinnaqtun: Inuvialuit Nunangit Sannaiqtuaq – INS; 法語：Région désignée des Inuvialuit – RDI）位於加拿大的北極地區西部，於1984年在《伊努維亞盧特最終協議》中由加拿大政府為伊努維亞盧特人劃定。它覆蓋了90,650平方公里的土地，[1]大部分位於林木線以上，包括幾個子區域：波福特海、麥肯齊河三角洲、育空地區北部（「育空北坡」）以及西北地區的西北部分。[2]伊努維亞盧特定居區包含公共土地和伊努維亞盧特人的私人土地。
伊努維亞盧特定居區是加拿大四個因紐特人地區之一，統稱為 Inuit Nunangat，[3]由Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) 代表。其他地區包括位於拉布拉多的努納齊亞福特、位於魁北克省北部的努納維克以及努納武特地區。[4]伊努維亞盧特定居區是伊努維亞盧特人的家園。伊努維亞盧特區域公司成立於1986年，作為《伊努維亞盧特最終協議》中的土地和財務補償的接收者，由伊努維亞盧特人口控制，並負責伊努維亞盧特定居區的運營。[5]從1996年到2016年，西北領地前首席Nellie Cournoyea是該委員會的主席兼執行長。在拒絕再次參選之前，她已被選舉九次。[6]2016年，Duane Ningaqsiq Smith被選為她的繼任者，並在2019年再次當選。[7]
