保羅·格茲

保羅·格雷戈里·格茲（英文：Paul Gregory Goerss，1957年8月28日—），生於美國俄亥俄州克利夫蘭市，知名美國代數拓撲學家。1983年，保羅畢業於麻省理工學院，獲博士學位。博士期間，他師從富蘭克林·彼得森（英語：Franklin P. Peterson）（Franklin Paul Peterson），主要工作有「Results on Brown-Gitler Spectra」^[1]。他曾任教於衛斯理學院（Wellesley College），華盛頓大學（University of Washington），現為西北大學（Northwestern University）數學系終身教授 ^[2]。

保羅的主要研究領域是同倫論，包括穩定同倫論（英語：stable homotopy theory）（stable homotopy theory）及其應用，例如在代數幾何之中的應用。
