卡門·薩帕塔（英語：Carmen Margarita Zapata，1927年7月15日—2014年1月5日），是一名美國電影演員。
薩帕塔出生於紐約市，父親為墨西哥人，母親為阿根廷人[1]。她曾經出演上百部電影和電視劇，包括有《蝙蝠俠 (動畫影集)》、《拖家帶口》、《修女也瘋狂》和《聖巴巴拉 (電視劇)》。她演藝周期最長的節目是《阿雷格爾 (電視劇)》，她在九年中擔任其中的主要角色。[2][3]。
1972年，卡門·薩帕塔和演員里卡多·蒙特爾班、伊迪絲·迪亞茲、亨利·達羅一同創建美國演員工會少數民族委員會[4]。2014年1月5日，卡門·薩帕塔因心臟病去世。
