同奈河（越南語：Sông Đồng Nai ⓘ）是越南的一條河流，發源於該國南部的中部高原安南山脈。河流全長約586公里，[1] 使其成為越南境內最長的河流。同奈省因此得名。
從高棉語翻譯過來的越南原名是Nông-nại，意思是淺鹽沼。
