尤瓦里國家森林（英語：Uwharrie National Forest，當地 /juːˈwɑːri/ yoo-WAH-ree[3]）是一座受美國聯邦政府管控的國家森林地區，主要位於北卡羅來納州中南部的蒙哥馬利縣，但在蘭道夫縣和戴維森縣也有少許分布。尤瓦里國家森林是北卡羅來納州最小的一座國家森林，總面積50,645英畝（204.95平方公里）。
