巫毒娃娃（英語：Voodoo doll），又稱巫蠱娃娃，是用於插針的人偶形道具。雖然形式不同，世界各地許多文化傳統都有這種做法。 施法人可將被施法人的靈魂連接在娃娃上，而後便可使用鋼針扎娃娃身上的任意部位，而被施法人將會受到同樣的疼痛。
