心內膜（英語：endocardium）是覆蓋於心腔表面的光滑薄膜，即心壁的最內層，由內皮和內皮下層構成。心內膜的內皮與大血管內皮相連續，心內膜的內皮下層則以結締組織為主，位於基膜外。心瓣膜則由心內膜摺疊並夾一層緻密結締組織而構成[1][2]。
心內膜細胞在胚胎學與生物學觀點上與血管的內皮細胞極為相似，心內膜還為瓣膜和心腔提供保護[3]。
