立陶宛裔英國人包括生在立陶宛但移民英國的人（其中又有俄裔立陶宛人）和生在英國的立陶宛裔人。2011年英國人口普查結果顯示，有95730名立陶宛人居住在英格蘭，1353人在威爾斯，4287人在蘇格蘭，7341人在北愛爾蘭。之前的2001年英國人口普查結果顯示，全英共有4363名生於立陶宛的居民。2013年，英國國家統計署估計，全國約有144000名生於立陶宛的移民[1][2][3][4][5]。

立陶宛於2004年加入歐盟後，去往英國的立陶宛人明顯增多；但在歷史上，自20世紀早期起就有規模可觀的立陶宛社群生活在英國——在蘇格蘭（格拉斯哥和北拉納克郡以及中洛錫安）和倫敦最為明顯[6][7][8][9]。在蘇格蘭，第一位立陶宛人於19世紀下半葉到來[10]。1886至1914年間約有四分之一的立陶宛人移民離開國家，其中絕大部分都是在1890和1900年代離開的。這些立陶宛人中，有些是為了逃避俄軍兵役而移民，有些則是追求立陶宛獨立之人，其他的則是躲避迫害的猶太人以及逃離貧困的人。據估計，蘇格蘭的立陶宛人口從寥寥數百增至7000。在上述時期里，據估計，還有2000名立陶宛移民定居於英國其他地區。曾經約有15000立陶宛移民暫居蘇格蘭，之後又移居他國，其中多數人都去了美國。據BBC稱，有些立陶宛人來到蘇格蘭是因為負擔不起去美國的費用，還有些人受了騙，以為自己已經身在美國了[11][6][11][12][6]。
