約翰街衛理公會教堂（英語：John Street United Methodist Church）位於美國紐約市曼哈頓約翰街44號，建於1841年[3]。這是北美洲最古老的一個衛理公會堂會的所在地，開始於1766年10月12日[4]。這是這個地點興建的第三座教堂。
1964年該堂被列為紐約市地標。
位於地下的衛斯理禮拜堂博物館陳列著許多展現18世紀和19世紀美國衛理公會歷史的文物，包括教堂記錄、衛斯理時鐘（約翰·衛斯理的禮物，1769年），聚會長凳，1767年腓力·恩伯立的講道台、恩伯立的簽名聖經[4] 等。
