《鐵路大亨》（英語：Railroad Tycoon）是一款由加拿大遊戲設計師席德·梅爾設計的鐵路模擬類遊戲。本遊戲於1990年發行。DOS版遊戲於2006年成為可供下載的免費軟體。[1]
玩家控制著一家鐵路公司，遊戲的目的是鋪設鐵路、建造車站和購買列車以及設定列車營運時間。
在1990年發行時，評論者認為本遊戲是該年度最佳遊戲之一。[2]
