阿里·阿斯卡里·穆斯里哈（Ali Asghar Mosleh 1962年生)，伊朗思想家，德黑蘭阿拉梅·塔巴塔巴伊大學哲學系教授。[1]是伊朗跨文化哲學學會的創始人和會長，曾任阿拉梅·塔巴塔巴伊大學語言文學院院長和伊朗人文社會科學院當代文化研究所所長 [2] [3] [4]曾擔任過德國洪堡大學和波恩大學客座教授和研究員，並獲亞歷山大·馮·洪堡基金會獎學金。他在歐陸哲學、伊斯蘭神秘主義、文化哲學和跨文化研究領域出版書籍和研究文章數篇，被稱為是「對話與和解的哲學家。 [5]
