The copyrights of this image lie with the producer of the film, Warner Bros. This image is being diplayed here on Wikipedia purely for identification and commentary.

The image Umbridge 2509pot2.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Hariharan91) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low-resolution screenshot of a motion picture or accompanying material, to illustrate four prominent actors, one of whom is new to the Harry Potter franchise, acting together in a critical scene from the film;
• The image has been released by the producers of the film for wide distribution in press releases and in any other informational news services.
• Image is intended for free distribution in articles about the film.
• No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose.
• The image does not limit the copyright holders' ability to market the motion picture or any home video in any way; and
• The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or her work in any way.
