Adding short url for an article at the page title. The shorturl service was provided by http://defn.me.
Shorturl is not very useful for English Wikipedia, but it would be useful for other non-latin languages.
So I encourage you to migrate the little service into other languages. If you like, please visit the source code at github, translation is quite simple.
