拉卡耶环形山(La Caille)是月球正面崎岖的南部中央高地上的一座大撞击坑,约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1],其名称取自十八世纪法国天文学家"尼可拉·路易·德·拉卡耶"(1713年-1762年),1935年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西北偏西毗邻塞比特环形山(Thebit)、西北偏北靠近阿尔扎赫尔环形山、东北侧与德劳奈陨石坑(Delaunay)相接壤、而比安基奴斯环形山和普尔巴赫环形山分别坐落在它的东南和西南[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为23°41′S 1°05′E / 23.68°S 1.08°E,直径67.2公里[3],深度约1.71公里[4]。
拉卡耶环形山外观呈不规则的多边形状,坑壁已被严重侵蚀和磨损,沿内壁、坑沿和外侧坡布满"V"型的凹槽以及多座在小不同的撞击坑,最醒目的是横跨在东侧壁上的卫星坑"拉卡耶 D"和西北壁上的"拉卡耶 A"。残存的坑壁平均高出周边地形1260米[1],内部容积约3993.68公里³[1]。碗状的坑底早已被熔岩掩没,表面较为平坦,除靠近北侧和西北内壁散布有少量细小的陨坑外,无其它典型的地貌特征,但中央和南部地表上分布有一些极可能来自西南第谷坑的射纹束。
