純潔教育，又称唯禁欲性教育（英語：Abstinence-only sex education）、守貞教育，是性教育的一種形式，其会教授学生不要發生婚姻以外的性行為。它一般不会像综合性性教育般教授学生有关安全性行為及避孕般的知識。

現有證據並不支持純潔教育是有效的說法[1][2]。純潔教育並不能降低已發展國家的人民感染HIV的风險[3] 。與综合性性教育比較，其也不能降低非預期懷孕和發生性行為的比率[1]。

反對者批評純潔性教育並不會達致有效的性教育，相反反而會增加發生不安全性行為、導致性病及增加青少年懷孕比率的可能性。有調查更顯示，實行純潔性教育的地區較實行廣泛性教育的地區的青少年懷孕比率高。

日本

在日本，也存在純潔運動，传统在社会公认性高的宗教团体、社会团体等为背景的會進行相關的性教育，但政府主導的性教育一般是推行廣泛性教育。
