傑拉爾德·文森特·布爾（Gerald Vincent Bull，1928年3月9日－1990年3月20日）是一位法國裔加拿大火砲工程師，以幫助伊拉克政府設計為促進經濟而能夠發射衛星的超級巨砲—「巴比倫計畫」而聞名。布爾後來於比利時布魯塞爾的公寓外被暗殺，據推測可能是以色列摩薩德、美國中情局、英國、智利或南非政府於幕後指使[1][2][3][4][5]。
