比卡爾環礁是太平洋由6個島嶼組成的環礁，屬於拉塔克礁鏈的一部分，是馬紹爾群島最小的環礁之一，位於馬朱羅環礁以北579公里、塔翁吉環礁東南320公里、烏蒂里克環礁以北115公里，總土地面積0.5平方公里，中央的潟湖面積37.4平方公里。
