葡萄球菌科（学名：Staphylococcaceae）為芽孢杆菌纲核衣细菌目的一科细菌。此科的模式属为葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)。它的成員有金黄色葡萄球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、超級金黄色葡萄球菌和抗藥性金黄色葡萄球菌。
