《1914年破產法令》（英語：Bankruptcy Act 1914；4 & 5 Geo V, c 59）是英國國會的一項法令，在大約70年間成為英國破產清盤法（英语：United Kingdom insolvency law）的主要來源。^[1]它於1915年1月1日生效，廢除了一些早期的法規。它由《1985年破產清盤法令》（Insolvency Act 1985）實質上廢除。^[2]

該法令通常被認為是對與破產有關的早期法規的綜合。

儘管該法令僅針對個人破產進行表述，但《1948年公司法令》第317條將其許多條文應用於公司破產清盤。^[3]
