纳氏稻鼠（Oryzomys nelsoni）是一种已灭绝的稻鼠，生活在墨西哥纳亚里特州马里马德雷岛。于1897年发现了四个标本。它们的消失可能是因入侵的大家鼠及猫所致。它们曾被认为是稻大鼠的亚种，但现一般都认为是独立的物种。它们是唯一在墨西哥特有的棉鼠亚科。
纳氏稻鼠的种小名是为纪念美国自然学家Edward William Nelson。
