瓣叉鼻鲀（学名：Arothron firmamentum），又名河鲀、规仔，为辐鳍鱼纲鲀形目四齿鲀亚目四齿鲀科叉鼻鲀属下的一个种，为亚热带海水鱼，分布于西太平洋区，从日本南部至澳洲及纽西兰海域，栖息深度10-360公尺，体长可达35公分，栖息在大陆棚及大陆坡，生活习性不明，具有毒性。
