軍事顧問
軍事顧問，是指一些專門在軍事事務領域向部隊、武裝力量以及政府提供建議的人。這些人有些是被派往外國[1]的士兵，幫助這些國家進行軍事訓練、組織人員以及其他各種軍事任務。外國政府或組織會派遣此類士兵支持別國的叛亂，這樣就可以避免公開動員軍隊，同時將潛在的自身傷亡風險降至最低。
