陰囊注水

陰囊注水是一種非常規的性行為。通過一般互聯網搜索引擎進行搜索，可以發現這種行為與施虐，受虐和戀物有關，但正規的醫療文獻卻少有相關的記載[1]。在這種情況下，個人通常通過向陰囊內靜脈注射生理鹽水（有人也會注射葡萄糖溶液） 的方式，使陰囊膨脹起來。為了達到這一目的，有時甚至還會向陰囊內注入空氣或其他氣體[1][2]。這種行為很可能導致一系列的併發症，其中包括陰囊蜂窩組織炎[3]，皮下氣腫[2][4]乃至致命的會陰部壞死性筋膜炎（又稱福耳尼埃氏壞疽）和氣體栓塞[3]。
