地方協調委員會 是在2011年敘利亞反政府示威中誕生的、由地方組織與個人組成的一個網絡活動報道組織[2][3]。2011年6月，《紐約時報》稱LCC在敘利亞「開始呈現出關鍵性作用」[1]。該組織支持公民抵抗，反對武裝對抗和外國軍事干預[4]。
創建[編輯]
2011年3月，一些地方組織開始報道示威活動的進展，第一個委員會創建於大馬士革的Daraya郊區，並逐漸發展成遍佈全國的報道網絡，因此得以建立[5]。該組織中的不少成員的親人、朋友和同事都長期是該國的持不同政見者[1]。
組織架構[編輯]
該組織主要由年輕的抗議者組成，他們來自於不同的地區和家庭背景[1]。他們分佈的地區很廣泛，且為了安全起見只能秘密活動[1]。截止2011年6月，最活躍的成員主要聚集於霍姆斯[1]，當時LCC有35個主要領導者，他們彼此之間盡力每天聯繫[1]。到了2012年2月，該組織已經有14個地方委員會，遍及德拉、霍姆斯、巴尼亞斯、Saraqeb、伊德利卜、哈塞克、卡米什利、代爾祖爾、沿海地區、哈馬、拉卡、蘇韋達以及大馬士革及其郊區[5]。
活動報道[編輯]
遭驅逐而居住於黎巴嫩、與LCC有聯繫的敘利亞人Rami Nakhle表示，報道記錄示威活動的進展是LCC的主要任務。敘人權律師、2011年薩哈羅夫獎獲得者拉贊·扎伊多納[6]擔任該組織的領導人，她做了大量有關敘利亞人權的記錄工作[2]。
該組織所做的文字和圖片報道已經多次被外國媒體如CNN[3]、半島電視台[7]、衛報[8]和華盛頓郵報[9][10]作為新聞來源引用。該組織也在自己的官網和Facebook上發佈新聞[11]。
2012年2月1日，LCC批評國際勢力和阿拉伯國家「未能採取有效措施阻止敘利亞的暴力流血事件」。同時公佈各地死亡人數已經升至7100人，其中2454人死於霍姆斯，1015人死於哈馬，883人死於伊德利卜[12]。
抗爭方式[編輯]
大赦國際描述LCC所採取的方式是和平性抗爭[2]。該組織採取公民抵抗的方式，比如在夜間於哈馬舉行示威，在大馬士革Duma郊區拒絕支付水費、電費和電話費[1]。該組織也呼籲公民在2012年2月5日到6日展開大罷工[3]。
