安德魯·詹姆斯·亨德森（英語：Andrew James Henderson，1950年9月8日—）是紐約植物園系統植物學研究所的棕櫚系統學家和館長。[1]他撰寫了140種植物、亞種和植物變種的分類學描述，尤其是棕櫚科植物[2]
教育[編輯]
亨德森曾在格洛斯特郡的威克利夫學院和倫敦大學伯貝克學院接受教育。[1]在1986年，他獲得了「喬治·H·M·勞倫斯紀念獎」，金額為2000美元，由卡內基·梅隆大學亨特植物文獻研究所頒發，並在美國植物學會的年度宴會上頒發。[3]後來在1987年他獲得了紐約市立大學的博士學位。[1]
