溫斯洛·霍默（英語：Winslow Homer，1836年2月24日—1910年9月29日）是一位美國風景畫畫家和版畫家，他被認為是19世紀美國最重要的畫家之一，是美國藝術界的卓越人物。
霍默主要是自學成才，他作為一個廣告插畫家開始了職業生涯。[1]隨後，他開始畫油畫。他還曾長期畫水彩畫。[2][3]
