陛下之UB-64號艇（德語：SM UB 64[註 1]）是德意志帝國海軍於第一次世界大戰期間建造的其中一艘UB-III型近岸潛艇（英語：Coastal submarine）或稱U艇。它由漢堡的伏爾鏗船廠承建，於1917年6月9日新船下水，至同年8月5日交付使用（英語：Ship commissioning）。其全長55.52米，水面及水下排水量分別為508噸和639噸，艇載武器則包括五具500毫米魚雷發射管以及一門88毫米口徑甲板炮（英語：Deck gun）。UB-64號曾先後被部署至第五及第二區艦隊，並參與了大西洋潛艇戰。在八次巡邏期間，該艇累計擊沉了協約國或中立國的27艘商船和2艘輔助軍艦，容積總噸為33749噸。戰後，根據對德停戰協定的要求，UB-64號於1918年11月21日被引渡至英國哈維奇正式向協約國投降，至1921年在費勒姆拆解報廢。

UB-64號是漢堡伏爾鏗船廠承建的UB-III型首批次（UB-60至UB-65號）的五號艇，由德意志帝國海軍潛艇監察局於1916年5月20日向訂購，至1917年6月9日下水。其全長55.52米，舷寬5.76米。艇體採用雙殼體（德語：Zweihüllenboot）結構，水面及水下排水量分別為508噸和639噸，浮起時的吃水深度為3.70米。[3]由於無需像UC-II型艇那樣提供水雷佈設裝置，設計工程師對潛艇舷弧進行了優化，增大了司令塔體積，配備兩具潛望鏡，司令塔與控制室之間增加一道水密艙壁。這些改進顯著提高了潛艇的水下機動性和生存力。[8]為了達到更高的航速，UB-64號採用兩台猛獅六缸四衝程550匹公制馬力（405千瓦特）柴油機用於水面運行，以及兩台394匹公制馬力（290千瓦特）的西門子-舒克特（英語：Siemens-Schuckert）電動發電機用於水下航行；水面最高航速13.3節（24.6公里每小時），水下7.8節（14.4公里每小時）；能夠在水面以6節（11公里每小時）航速續航8,420海里（15,590公里），或以4節（7.4公里每小時）連續在水下航行55海里（102公里）而無需充電。[3]

UB-64號的主武器為五具500毫米艇艏魚雷發射管，其中艇艏四具採用層疊式佈局分居兩側、艇艉一具，並可搭載合共10枚G6型魚雷。輔助武器則是一門88毫米30倍徑速射炮（英語：8.8 cm SK L/30 naval gun）。其標準船員編制為3名軍官加31名水兵。[3]

1917年8月5日，UB-64號在曾擔任UC-31和UB-35號艇長、經驗豐富的海軍上尉奧托·馮·施拉德爾（德語：Otto von Schrader）的指揮下正式入役（英語：Ship commissioning），隨即展開海試。[4]完成海試後，該艇曾先後被編入北海戰區的第五和第二區艦隊，並參與了大西洋潛艇戰，足跡遍及愛爾蘭島西岸、布里斯托灣、聖基爾達島以及勒威克周邊海域。[9]在八次巡邏期間，該艇合共擊沉了協約國或中立國的27艘商船和2艘輔助軍艦，容積總噸為33749噸。[10]其中，10509總噸、由英國皇家海軍徵用的武裝商船巡洋艦馬莫拉號（Marmora）是體積最大的受害者，於1918年7月23日從卡迪夫前往達喀爾的途中在愛爾蘭以南海域遭擊沉，共造成船上10名官兵陣亡；[11]成為戰爭期間遭U艇擊沉的最大型艦船之一。[12]而四天前、即7月19日在斯凱里沃爾（英語：Skerryvore）西北遇襲的英國運兵船（英語：Troopship）黑爵床號（英語：SS Justicia）則顯著更大，達到32234總噸，但它在遭UB-64號的魚雷命中受損後仍能被拖行，延至翌日才由UB-124號擊沉。[13]戰後，根據對德停戰協定的要求，UB-64號於1918年11月21日被引渡至英國哈維奇正式向協約國投降，至1921年在費勒姆拆解報廢。[2]
