外周循环肿瘤细胞
外周循环肿瘤细胞（Circulating Tumor Cell，简称CTC），是指由肿瘤组织脱落后，进入血管或淋巴管系统中的肿瘤细胞[1]， 由于其可以借由血液循环扩散至其他器官，进而形成肿瘤远端转移的能力，常被称为癌症转移的“种子”(seeds)。 [2] CTC的检测与分析可以协助癌症早期诊断及个人化疗等治疗手段的选择 [3]，其中一种名为CellSearch的方法在乳腺癌、结肠直肠癌和前列腺癌的诊断上已受美国食品药物管理局核可。 [4]
