斯氏线虫科[1]（学名：Steinernematidae）是小杆目线虫的一个科[2][3][4]。
斯氏线虫属（Sterinernema）这一个属，是一个昆虫病原线虫的分类单元[1]，属于少数栖息于泥土，但又可以感染昆虫的一种寄生虫。这些物种的体内带有Xenorhabdus属[5][6]的共生菌[1]，能够在线虫透过昆虫幼虫的气孔、口或肛门而使幼虫感染而死亡，并为线虫提供成长的环境[5][6][1]。
