Omeka是一个免费、开源的线上数位典藏内容管理系统[2]，
使用者能透过Omeka出版、展示文化遗产，并能透过主题、插件扩充其功能[3]。
软件的使用者包括纽约公共图书馆、纽伯里图书馆、以及许多博物馆、历史学会等等[4]，如密苏里新闻学院即使用Omeka来分享其国际年度照片竞赛的38000张照片的档案[5][6][7]。
软件由乔治梅森大学的罗伊·罗森茨维格历史与新媒体中心开发[8]，并获得安德鲁·梅隆基金会所颁奖项[9]。
