《项目管理知识体系指南》(PMBOK® Guide, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge)是美国国际专案管理学会[1]所发行的一本专案管理著作，内容包含关于专案管理的标准[2]。

1987年发行论文开始，1996年发行第一版、2000年第二版、2004年第三版，2008年第四版，2012年第五版，2017年更新至现在的第六版[3]。其间是经过有丰富经验的管理人员，与对专案管理有深入研究的管理学者，共同参与增订而成，内容综合了专案管理领域相关的专业知识与实作经验。

专案管理知识体系被作为项目管理的标准而被广泛接受，虽然它还受到了批评。主要的批评来自于关键链（与关键路径相对）的追随者（如Leach）。还有人认为敏捷方法 Scrum是非常有用的一个选择。

Purpose[编辑]

The PMBOK Guide is intended to be a "subset of the project management body of knowledge that is generally recognized as a good practice. 'Generally recognized' means the knowledge and practices described are applicable to most projects most of the time and there is a consensus about their value and usefulness. 'Good practice' means there is a general agreement that the application of the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques can enhance the chance of success over many projects."[10] This means that sometimes the "latest" project management trends, often promoted by consultants, may not be part of the latest version of The PMBOK Guide.

However, the 6th Edition of the PMBOK Guide now includes an "Agile Practice Guide"

  • 国际标准 ISO 于2012年依据项目管理知识体系发展出 ISO 21500 专案管理指南国际标准[12][13]。
  • 标准检验局将 ISO 21500 转化为国家标准 CNS 21500专案管理指引供政府及企业参考。[14]
  • 第三版的专案管理知识体系指南被国际电机电子工程师学会认定为作业标准，标准编号：IEEE Std 1490-2003，并被广泛应用在不同行业，例如营建、土木、软件、工程、汽车...。

PRINCE2项目管理模式[编辑]

PRINCE是PRojects IN Controlled Environments（受控环境中的项目管理）的缩写，它是一种对项目管理的某些特定方面提供支持的方法，是组织、管理和控制项目的方法。自出现伊始，PRINCE就广泛地被用于公共和私人部门。虽然开发PRINCE的原意是用于IT项目，但实际运用中，许多非IT项目也采纳了该标准。PRINCE2是1996年推出的版本。
