北极大学（英语：University of the Arctic，UArctic）是一个包含北极圈内大学、学院及其他组织的协作网络，其目的是提升北极圈内大学的质量。该计划在北极理事会的支持下于2001年6月12日发起[1][2]，秘书处在芬兰罗瓦涅米。
成员[编辑]
北极大学现有138个成员和5个准会员。会员中有34个位于加拿大，7个来自丹麦（包括格陵兰岛）、9个来自芬兰、6个来自冰岛、17个来自挪威、46个来自俄罗斯、11个来自美国、1个来自英国。[3]
资金[编辑]
北极大学成员要向上提交资源，一些国家也会向该组织提供资金，不过加拿大政府在2011年将资金额消减了75%。[4][5] 成员也需要上交会费。[6]
