德里克·内撒尼亚尔·卢克（英语：Derek Nathanial Luke，1974年4月24日—）[1]是一名美国男演员。卢克以主演丹佐·华盛顿执导的《冲出逆境》（2002年）而闻名，首次出演电影的他为此赢得独立精神奖最佳男主角[2]。其他著名作品如电影《美国队长》（2011年）和电视剧《十三个理由》（2017年至2019年）。

德里克·卢克出生于新泽西州泽西市，是钢琴家玛裘瑞·迪克森（Marjorie Dixon）和前演员莫里斯·卢克（Maurice Luke）的儿子。他的父亲来自圭亚那乔治敦[3][4]。卢克就读于亨利·斯奈德高中，并从林登高中毕业[5]。
