雅各·米高·怀赛兹（英语：Jacob Michael Whitesides，1997年11月11日—）是一位美国创作歌手。他在Double U唱片录音，亦为CEO。[2]

2008–14: 职业生涯的开始, X音素[编辑]

在田纳西州诺克斯维尔长大，怀赛兹因为在2008年参加蓝草音乐节而对音乐有兴趣。在他青少年时期，他在诺克斯维尔各地表演，他亦于YouTube得到大批粉丝。在2012年，他参加X音素第二季，但在16强被淘汰。[3]

怀赛兹在2014年7月8日推出个人迷你专辑－3 AM 。[4] 有趣的是，一份雅各家乡的报纸，诺克斯维尔焦点是第一个媒体报导有关雅各·怀赛兹的音乐事业。音乐节拍记者丹尼尔·安卓鲁，于2012年7月15日前往田纳西州纳什维尔报导有关怀赛兹参加名为“Teen Hoot”的活动。[5]

2015至今: 正式出道及个人出道专辑 Why?[编辑]

在2015年2月14日，他推出第二张迷你专辑A Piece of Me 破碎的我,收录了单曲"Words"。同年5月，BMG宣布与怀赛兹签约，并成立他个人的工作室，Double U唱片，而他是该唱片公司的首席执行官。[2] 在2015年8月，他被选为迪士尼广播网"Next Big Thing"的合作艺人。[6]10月，他于早安美国表演他的单曲－"Secrets秘密"，这次表演为他首次在电视上表演。[7]他于10月23日发行他第三张迷你专辑Faces on Film[8] 12月3日，Spotify宣布他为2016年最受瞩目的艺人之一。[9]

怀赛兹与他母亲(贝姬)及妹妹(塞拉)在田纳西州长大。他曾与X音素参赛者碧·米勒交往，[14] 但于2016年5月，交往一年后宣布分手。[15]
