劉德音（英語：Mark Liu[1]，1954年—[2]）自2018年6月起[3]担任全球最大[4][5]代工芯片制造商台积电[6]的执行董事长，在其创始人兼董事长张忠谋退休后接任。[7]台积电的市值约为1,850亿美元。[8]
早期生活与教育
劉德音出生于台湾台北。他毕业于台北市立建国高级中学[7]，之后在国立台湾大学获得電機工程学士学位，[9]然后在加州大学伯克利分校获得電機暨電腦資訊[10]硕士和博士学位。[8]
职业生涯
劉德音的职业生涯始于美国的英特尔和AT&T贝尔实验室。[11]1983年至1987年，他在英特尔公司工作，为英特尔微处理器开发硅工艺技术。[9]从1987年到1993年，他是AT&T贝尔实验室高速电子研究实验室的研究经理。[12]刘德音于1993年开始在台积电工作。[13][14]2000年，他在台积电收购世大積體電路时担任负责人[14]。他在2012年成为台积电的首席运营官，然后在2013年与魏哲家一起担任联席首席执行官。[8][15]劉德音为台积电建立了第一家12英寸晶圆厂和超大晶圓廠。[16][17]在劉德音的领导下，台积电被授予2018年汤森路透全球100强技术领导者的位置。[18]
