供應鏈作業參考模式

供應鏈作業參考模式(英語:Supply chain operations reference,簡稱SCOR)是由美国营运管理协会開發和認可的參考流程模型英语Reference model,並作為供应链管理的跨行業標準診斷工具[1]。一般來說,供應鏈作業參考模式包含供應鏈管理的規劃(Plan)、採購(Source)、製造(Make)、運送(Deliver)以及退回(Return)五大主要流程。
