威廉·布莱克斯通

威廉·布莱克斯通（英語：William Blackstone，1723年7月10日—1780年2月14日）英国18世纪法学家、法官、托利党政治家，以创作《英格兰法律评论》而知名。布莱克斯通生于英国伦敦中产阶级家庭，先后在查特豪斯公学、牛津大学彭布罗克学院接受教育，后在牛津大学万灵学院担任研究员。此后，布莱克斯通曾担任律师、大学讲师、法官，创作多部法学著作，对英美法系产生重大影响。
