伊丽莎白·布莱克威尔（英语：Elizabeth Blackwell，1821年2月3日—1910年5月31日），美国第一位获得医学学位的妇女，也是医学总会中第一位女性。[1] 1849年，布莱克韦尔在《英国医学期刊》发表有关伤寒的论文，[2]布莱克韦尔也成为第一位在该杂志发表文章的在美国学习过的女性。1857年，布莱克威尔与姐姐艾米莉（Emily）共同创立了纽约妇女儿童医疗所。[3]
1907年，布莱克威尔在苏格兰基尔门度假，在走楼梯时不慎摔跤。[4] 1910年，她因中风在家中去世[5]。
后世为了纪念她，每年向促进女性医疗事业做出重大贡献的女性颁发伊丽莎白·布莱克威尔勋章（Elizabeth Blackwell Medal）[1] 。
