乔瑟夫·尼可拉斯·盖洛（英语：Joseph Nicholas Gallo，1993年11月19日—），为美国职棒大联盟的外野手，曾为一垒手和三垒手，目前效力于华盛顿国民。他先前曾效力于游骑兵、洋基、道奇与双城等队。盖洛于2015年登上大联盟，并在2019年入选明星赛。

2012年美国职棒大联盟选秀，游骑兵在第一轮39顺位选进盖洛。[1][2]他以225万美元成功加盟游骑兵。[3]
