新几内亚大鼠属（学名：Anisomys），是啮齿目鼠科的一个属，本属为单型属，仅包含新几内亚大鼠（学名：Anisomys imitator）一种物种，分布于新几内亚岛上的新几内亚高地海拔1200–3500米处[1]。
新几内亚大鼠在当地卡拉姆语中被称为“gudi-ws”[2]，会以卡鲁卡树的核果为食[3]，因此当地种植此树的农民会在树干上设置障碍物以阻止其取食[3][4]。另外新几内亚大鼠也是当地人打猎的猎物之一[1]。
